At Aadhini Book World, we strive to deliver your books safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand delivery timelines, charges, and how we handle your orders from our store in Tamil Nadu.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Note: During festive seasons or sale events, processing may take up to 3 business days. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • All major cities and towns across India
  • Remote and rural pin codes via our delivery partners
  • Tamil Nadu orders may receive faster delivery

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the courier partner assigned to your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with an estimated delivery date.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed at every step.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location, the weight of your order, and the courier partner available for your pin code.

Transparency first: The applicable shipping fee (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make any payment — so there are no surprises.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner's website.

  • Tracking details sent within 24 hours of dispatch
  • Track your order directly on the courier's website
  • Contact us if you haven't received tracking info within 3 days

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive a damaged book or your shipment appears to be lost, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order ID and clear photos of the damage
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly
  • Lost shipments will be investigated with our courier partner
