1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund or replacement will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged or defective book
- You received the wrong item that does not match your order
- Your order was lost in transit and not delivered
2. Timeframe to Request a Refund
All refund or return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Online payments — refunded to the same UPI, card, or net banking account
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

We are unable to process refunds in the following situations:
- Request raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Book has been read, used, or is not in its original condition
- Damage caused by the customer after delivery
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Change of mind or personal preference after purchase
6. Replacement Option
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund for a damaged or wrong item, we are happy to arrange that. Simply mention your preference while raising the request.
- Replacement is subject to availability of the same title
- If the title is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead
- Replacement orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval
